The Ranch will soon expand its elite fitness, wellness and nutritional program with the Spring grand opening of The Ranch Hudson Valley, an exclusive new retreat a one-hour drive from New York City. Nestled amidst 200 lushly forested acres, The Ranch Hudson Valley’s lakefront estate immerses up to 25 guests at a time in nature. Luxuriating in personal attention, guests experience the hardcore elements of The Ranch’s highly structured wellness program of hiking, strength-training classes, restorative yoga, deep tissue massage, and detoxifying plant-based group meals. The Ranch Hudson Valley will offer 3-night, 4-day and 4-night, 5-day wellness programs designed to deliver mental and physical results.
Revenge bodies don’t come easy. Both tough-love programs include up to six hours of low-impact exercise daily, including 2-hour or 4-hour hikes each morning. Afternoon activities include strength training, restorative yoga, and a daily massage. Optional add-ons include restorative amenities such as an infrared sauna, hot and cold contrast plunges, colon hydrotherapy, IV therapy and energy healing.
The Ranch’s elegant interior spaces — including the entry, spa, dining room, and guest rooms — were transformed by New York designer, Steven Gambrel, Principal of SR Gambrel and Chris Papaleo, Principal at Treestone Architecture and Construction. They also turned a historic ballroom into a gym for morning stretch, afternoon fitness, yoga and meditation classes. The property also includes a 5,000-square-foot Solarium with year-round exercise and pool facilities, and an outdoor pool and onsite lake for seasonal fitness activities.
The Ranch Hudson Valley is surrounded by the 4,000-acre Ringwood State Park and is near the 40,000-acre Harriman State Park, giving guests access to hundreds of miles of trails.
